Pine line d.o.o. organise sea transfer according to timetable with taxicat- speedboat catamaran between Dražanica bay and town centre and optionaly other parts of city and nearby places according to market demand. Taxi cat- catamaran is registered for 12 people.
Terms and Conditions
These General Conditions on Travel are an integral part of the Contract, i.e. the invoice that has the power of a Contract (and the voucher as the final document enclosed by the agency to the passenger ), for the transfer arrangement concluded between:
PINE LINE d.o.o. za turizam i usluge, OIB: 11630774969, HR 23000, Zadar (hereinafter: the Agency) and the contractor of the travel (hereinafter: the passenger) who signs up for a transer arrangement.
All data and the conditions in the programme and in these General Conditions are binding both for the Agency and the Passenger.
1. ORDERING
Passenger may book the transfer organized by Pine line d.o.o. directly on the boat, by telephone, or other means of remote communication.
2. MEANS OF PAYMENT
• cash or credit card for domestic payments
• online web shop
3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
• Payment of the entire amount for transfers on the boat in cash, by credit card or online payment.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Passenger has the right to cancel the transfer up to 24 hours and gets a 50% refund. PINE LINE d.o.o. retains 50% of the paid amount. Within 2 hours before start it is not possible to cancel in that case PINE LINE d.o.o. retains 100% of the paid amount.
5. TRANSFER CANCELLATION by PINE LINE d.o.o.
PINE LINE d.o.o. reserves the right to change the route due to unfavorable sea conditions or of any weather conditions that could endanger passengers or cancel the ride. Final decision is made by the captain / skipper for benefit of all passengers. If sea conditions are not good for embarking/disembarking on Zadar Riva promenade, the boarding and unborading will take place in port of Jazine. Changes on embark/disimbarke point or ride cancellation will be announced on our social media (facebook / Instagram).
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Agency sends a voucher to the passenger by e-mail after purchasing services online. Passenger is required to show received voucher in the printout or electronic form before using reserved service.
While buying on the boat passenger is obligated to take a receipt which serves as credible document for the tour.
7. PAYMENT INFORMATIONS
On-line payments made by credit cards are executed by secured CORVUS PAY connections.
Official payment currency is EUR.
Credit card numbers are not stored on our website and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
8. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY, CONVERSION STATEMENT AND PROTECTION OF INFORMATIONS
Security of Online Payments
While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.
CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, CorvusPay operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. Payments made by cards enroled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.
All information collected by Corvus Pay is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Your sensitive data is fully
secure and it’s privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.
Security controls and operating procedures applied within the CorvusPay infrastructure not only ensure current reliability of CorvusPay but permanently maintain and enhance the security levels of protecting your credit card information by maintaining strict access controls, regular security and in-depth system checks for preventing network vulnerabilities.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
We commit ourselves to protect the passenger’s personal data in the manner that we collect only essential basic information about guests/end users that are required to fulfill our obligations; we inform passengers of information collection and regularly give them a choice about their data, including the decision whether they wish to have their name used or removed from the lists used in marketing campaigns. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and accessible only to employees who need those information to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy rules.
10. PHOTO POLICY
By entering PINE LINE d.o.o. catamaran boat, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by PINE LINE d.o.o., and its affiliates and representatives. You release the company, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
By entering PINE LINE d.o.o. catamaran boat, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web-casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web-casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by PINE LINE d.o.o. or the person or entity designated to do so by the company.
PINE LINE d.o.o. keeps the right to use any photograph and/or recording taken on company property or at any event sponsored by the company without the express written permission of those included within the photograph or recording. PINE LINE d.o.o. use the photograph and/or recording in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by the company, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
Images are strictly prohibited from being reproduced, copied, or altered in any way other than by PINE LINE d.o.o. and its official representatives.
If you prefer not to be included in photographs or recordings, please step away from the camera or inform the photographer if you have inadvertently been included. Photographers may honor such requests at their own discretion.
PINE LINE d.o.o. is not obligated nor required to remove your voice or likeness from any interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, publications, exhibitions, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose, but will consider removing and may remove any photographs or recordings at the written request of the individual.
11. RULES AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USAGE
PINE LINE d.o.o. is the owner of the computer reservation system in real time/online booking, through which to the users of that websites allows direct access to sales of boat transfer.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By buying ticket for transfer, passenger confirms that he had read, understood and accepted Terms and Conditions of PINE LINE d.o.o.
13. COMPLAINT
Passenger has a right to complain to the unfulfilled contractual services. He is required to file a written complaint to the Agency, and maximum up to 2 days of the tour. Complaints filed after the expiration of two days will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the interest of passengers to act in good faith and express the desire to resolve the complaint during the transfer and their written complaint to the service provider on the spot and the service provider requested a written confirmation that the complaint was received. The agency shall make a written decision on the complaint within 14 days of receipt and the manner in which the complaint was received (e-mail, mail or hand delivery to which will be answered by written mail with return receipt). If case of Agency failure to meet the programe or part of the service, passenger is entitled to compensation in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and can not include services already provided, or the total amount of services/ products.
14. NOTICE ON FILING PASSENGER’S COMPLAINTS
Pursuant to Article 8 Paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine Official Gazette No. 79/07 and 125/07 – corr. 79/09 and 89/09 – corr., 133/09), we inform our passengers that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted in writing to:

You will receive a response to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. Required information: name and surname of the person filing the complaint, the exact address for submission of responses.
15. PINE LINE d.o.o. OBLIGATIONS
PINE LINE d.o.o. undertakes to take care about providing services in accordance with the best business practices, and to take care of the passenger’s rights and interests in compliance with the best tourism practices. PINE LINE d.o.o. undertakes to provide the passenger with all the contracted services for a particular package, and to provide answers in case of possible failure to perform services or a part of services. PINE LINE d.o.o. shall fulfill all the obligations stated in its programs fully and as described, except in the event of Force Majeure or changed circumstances. In such cases, PINE LINE d.o.o. shall offer a substitute solution if possible. 18. PASSENGERS OBLIGATIONS
Passenger undertakes to personally meet the conditions anticipated by the Republic of Croatia’s regulations. Passenger is obliged to follow instruction given by the skipper before boarding and during the transfer by the boat if skipper find is necessary to give instructions to the passengers. Passenger is personally responsible for any damages caused, particularly for the damages on the boat that are the result of failure to observe the contract and these Terms and Conditions. Passenger shall cover the incurred damages immediately on the boat and at another places stipulated by the physical or legal entity who suffered the damages.
